Itineraries and Ticketing Procedures
Brook Travel agent will e-mail an itinerary of each confirmed airline reservation for individual travelers to review. This reservation should be signed and faxed back. We will issue each ticket once we receive the assigned approval and will email or fax the final confirmation. All airfares are guaranteed at ticketing. We also offer you reconfirmation of airline tickets, sightseeing arrangements, rescheduling of flights as per your convenience


Voiding Tickets
When tickets are purchased from an airline, there is no opportunity to review the itinerary for accuracy beyond the point of purchase. After a ticket is purchased, airline-imposed restrictions for changes and refunds apply immediately. Brook Travel allows our clients the opportunity to review every reservation before ticketing. We also void any tickets, which are cancelled prior to remitting to each airline, in order to avoid change or cancellation penalties.
